Jody Cranston broke the WABDL Canadian National BP record with 364lbs which is over double bodyweight!!! Jody is a sensational lifter who has only just begun to shatter records in all lifts !

| The meet was the Washington State Championships,in Aberdeen Washington ..Don Bell ran this 2 Federation meet (WABDL and APF) Gus Rethwisch and Brent Mikesell were in attendance both GIANTS of Strength Sport..above,I imitated the Aberdeen High "BOBCAT" and CSS Photodesign 'merged' the school logo onto my tee shirt for a little comic relief !

| On the APF side the squats were heavy....the monolift and a powerful spotting team allowed the iron to fly...950 was the top poundage on Saturday...here's a few more squat shots! in Exciting Dark O Vision and Blurriscope !!

This large poster of Neptunes Daughter on expensive stock suitable for framing was part of first prize..the actual spear as replicated in the picture was given away as top prize of the day...it is leathal and 6 feet tall..I now have one in my apartment poised to turn the NOISY Poodle next door into Shish Ka Dog !
