Here is Robert O's 3rd attempt 512.5 pound bench at the 2005 BC Bench Press Championships... rocket fast and easy but only one white light...He did make a successful 501 on his 2nd attempt ...40 pounds over the IPF World record...that's what he wanted at the Nationals earlier this year ... the 501 won Robo the gold in the BC open supers...A sleek Warren Orr was 2nd with PR's all day long !

| Nancy was very ill from the flu --but she outlifted the BC Record and got a PR in the BCPA assoc. she got 75 kgs and was first in the bench press over popular Jane Smith !
