| Clint was Best Bencher --I was awarded Best Masters Bencher...here we meet, and contemplate giving the servers at the all you can eat buffet 'Feelings of inadaquacy.'

| I squatted 512 on a very gimpy leg/knee/hip but it still managed to break the GPC and AWPC World Mark...here is my opener with 501 pounds ! --"Santa looks drunk dont he ?"

There were Monolifts to warm up on with plenty of volunteers to operate the machine and load the bar--hey I know this guy ...he helped with my shirt in the second meet !

You also can hang from the monolift bar to put on the Canvas Style squat suit--this tightens it up..
