This is my 2nd attempt in the Bench only, March 15th ...a light weight but it broke the current American 65-69 masters record in USAPL by 50 pounds--it's 468, the bar flew up like nuthin ! (photo by Lea Hendrix)

| This is National Champion Roger Hendrix handling well over 700 pounds for an American record in the squat..He went very deep in all his lifts..this is on the way up...Roger is over 50 and will win the IPF World Masters for USA in Palm Springs this year !

| Here is Jody Cranston, he pulled a great 556 ! at 180 bodyweight, for first place in the deadlift only meet...Jody got up at 3:45 A M to drive me and Nancy Carpenter to this contest at the Issaquah Washington, Holiday Inn...he also lifted off for me in the bench..not only a great helper, but one of the best lifters I've ever met...he was funny as hell all day too, Jody has a fitness training business in Vancouver and is also involved with OranjDance Fitness in Kelowna Website

| There were 92 lifters at this meet..and some incredibly strong lifters...Bull Stewart and Richard Schuller put this meet on to a packed house..SRO for powerlifting ! AMAZING !!

She has records in USAPL and WABDL and competes along side her mom, Juana !

| This was a quality meet as seen by the power shown in these last few photos...Thanks to Nancy Carpenter for helping everyone in the warmup room and for taking many of these great shots !

| This is Alpha, who is 12 and this was his first meet...he got all the commands right, and his form was terrific for a first timer ! Like Bull Stewart said Powerlifting is for everyone !!

| The audience was great and enthusiastic all day long and into the night..a great turnout for USA Powerlifting in Washington State !

During the meet ..many honors were given to Hall of Fame members, World Champions, and the best of Drug Free lifting in the Evergreen state !!
it was a blast and a beautifully structured meet !!
