Another top lifter of the day was USAPL Washington State Prez and meet promoter Paula Houston here she arches and sets up for a big bench !!
At this meet at Garfield High there were about 33 lifters in the 3 lift and/or Bench /Dead (Push Pull) categories --but outstanding performances all day long were the by Women --many novices got their first taste of competion at this meet--Judges Chris Grekoff--Garriel Keeble and Kevin Stewart gave their time to make sure the lifting criteria was USAPL Perfect...Judging a long day in a hot gym the lifters all thank them for their help and dedication !

Thank you Friend --I should look so good !!
