| I got a WABDL World Record with 525.7 lbs Breaking my own mark at a lighter bodyweight than last year ..The day's lifts went up perfectly and the heaviest attempt seemed the easiest ! --I also got the best lifter award for masters, 61 and above !

George Nelson was in the 220 pound class --down from the 275's and more recently, the 242's..luck was not with this legendary lifter today,as he couldn't get one in ! George will rule this year in Las Vegas !

| Big Don James in the supers, judged all day, then lifts--he hit 501 in the meet and got 523 for a Super heavy class World Record on his 4th attempt !

| In the Deadlift this 13 year old girl named Paisley lifted record breaking poundage--she is on Donna Delleree's team !

| Nancy Carpenter put 5 kilos on her bench in one month ! Here she is with a Canadian National record 85 kilos ( 187 pounds) This photo shows how far she got 90 KILOS to go !!! ( maybe she shouldn't have done it earlier in the warm up room )

..Mike stole the WABDL World Cup..he was the talk of the meet ...and the internet the next day !
